3. Refund Request Process To request a refund, follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include the shipment tracking number, proof of payment, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Review Process: Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Approval
Refunds will only be approved after verifying the claim and ensuring compliance with this policy.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
